Vinci energies, a subsidiary of the French construction group Vinci, has announced Monday, July 31, the acquisition of Sedam, a bottler specializing in champagne, without specifying the amount. Based in Epernay, in the Marne, Sedam claims 12 employees and an annual turnover of 2.5 million euros.
The group, whose name means “Society studies, development automation, mechanical”, is present in different links of the chain of bottling, draw until you have the cash. Quoted in a press release, Vincent Bouffard, deputy general manager of Vinci Energies France, welcomed a ” transaction “which strengthens our expertise and our position in the market in the development of the sparkling wines and once again highlights our ambition to become a leader in the automation industry”.
