The headquarters of a bank stretches to Bordeaux on the ZAC Saint-Jean




INAUGURATION. By its location in Bordeaux in edge of the Garonne river and its architecture as intended by the architect Mariano Efron Architecture-Studio, the building Atlantica to the long corridors of 117 metres is distinguished by its brightness and its internal circulation. Discovery of the headquarters of the Caisse d’epargne Aquitaine Poitou-Charentes region, opened on 18 may 2017.
In the direct extension of the historic facade of the quays of Bordeaux, listed at Unesco world heritage site, the new headquarters of the Caisse d’epargne Aquitaine Poitou-Charentes (CEAPC), designed by Mariano Efron Architecture-Studio and worn by Bouygues Immobilier surprising for its size. This building, built in the ZAC Saint-Jean Belcier has as a neighbor, the House of the creative economy and cultural of New-Aquitaine (Meca) and who will share the long-term future courtyard Corto Maltes.

 

Skins windows and facade panels

 

A volume of approximately 11.130 m2 in R+7, which was inaugurated on may 18, 2017, after 16 months of work dematerialise thanks to the proliferation of reflections of different skins windows which overlap each other, the random distribution and abstract façade panels, and to the changing hues of the metallic parts, and whitish in color.
