The façade clean of the Thai asserts in Levallois-Perret

Five years after having led the construction of the shopping centre So Ouest in Levallois-Perret (Hauts-de-Seine), DGM & Associates, delivered this month, the office building, the Thais, in the middle of the street Anatole France, at the foot of the metro Louise Michel (line 3). A project launched this April 19, 2017 by Foncière des Regions (FDR), the employer in the presence of Patrick Balkany, mayor of the city of 66,000 inhabitants.




“Ownership of Land of the Regions since 2001 and formerly occupied by Orange, we have imagined upon the release of the building of the 1970s into 2014, we decided to rethink it totally, explains Antoine Delaire, architect at DGM & Associates. It is, in effect, an operation destruction-reconstruction of a former building of 5.600 m2 of the Orange group which has had to cope with a mass plan being imposed and the local urbanism Plan of the city.”
