The CCCA-BTP is launching a campaign to recruit apprentices

The network of learning BTP organizes, from June 2017, several actions to recruit the maximum amount of training contracts for September 2017.
Do prefer the CONSTRUCTION sector to young people. It is the main objective of a campaign for the promotion of learning in the sector, launched by the committee for consultation and coordination of learning in the CONSTRUCTION industry (CCCA-BTP), which animates 118 CFA in France. Three lines of action have been defined to restart the learning, which has suffered enormously because of the economic crisis.

Thus, the publication of the offers will be accessible from search engines via cacb-btp.fr and jeunes-apprentissage-btp.com.

A plan digital media will also be launched to “reach out to the youth in all fields and go to the contact targets on their spheres of influence”. A promotional video is already on Youtube. In parallel, actions on social networks could “generate qualified contacts for the CFA in the CONSTRUCTION industry” and create “network visibility”.

Mason, the job is the most requested by the companies

According to the CCCA-BTP, which animates 118 CFA, nearly 4,000 apprenticeship positions are to be filled for the next school year, throughout the territory. The profession most in demand is that of a mason, with 382 deals, followed by the trade of electrician (246 deals), painter decorator (195 offers), sanitary fitter (185 tender), carpenter (166 offers) and plasterer-plaquiste (111).
