What is the profile of applicants ?

The figures also show that over 55 years of age represent almost half of the requests (49%). Conversely, less than 34 years of age are only 9% of applicants. The 35-44 age group account for 16% of the claims and the 45-54 years 28%.

The recovery, with 37% of the referrals, is by far the main reason of referral of the insured. Then come the contributions and income (19%), retirement (16%), then the affiliations and radiation (10%) and daily allowance (6%).

 

But according to the profiles of the insured persons, the reasons for referral vary quite logically. Thus, the demands of the over 55 years of age are primarily focused on pension issues, while for the 35-55 years the question of the recovery corresponds to almost half of their demands (45% for those aged 45-54 and 52% for 35-44 year olds). Finally, the gripes of less than 34 years relate to membership issues (21%) and a daily allowance (12%).
