Pierre Calvin, the new chairman of the Usirf

The Union of trade unions of the road industry française (Usirf) has announced that Pierre Calvin was its new president.
Pierre Calvin was elected, on June 15, 2017, president of the Union of trade unions of the road industry française (Usirf). He succeeds Jacques Tavernier, at the end of the mandate.


He has held, within the group Colas (subsidiary of Bouygues), the duties of technical director and commercial communication of Aximum, then general manager of the companies and Adem, specialized subsidiaries in the equipment of the road. In 2000, he joined the headquarters of the group as commercial director France and brand Colas, and then as director of forecasting and institutional relations. 2013 to April 2017, he was the director forward-looking sales and marketing of the group.


Pierre Calvin, knight of the Legion of Honor, is also a member of the board of directors of various organizations such as the national Federation of public works, Union road, France, and the Institute of roads, streets and mobility infrastructure (Idrrim).
