BOOK. The board of directors of Domaxis, Social Enterprise for Habitat, has elected a new President this June 14, 2017. Philippe Pelletier, Chairman of Plan Bâtiment durable is the successor to Jean-Pierre Duport.
Philippe Pelletier is now the new President Domaxis ITS HOUSING. In fact, he has been elected to its presidency at the council of directors June 14, 2017, replacing Jean-Pierre Duport. The latter, which has exercised its mandate from 2009 to 2017, is now honorary President.
Invested in the public life, Philippe Pelletier has been President of the National Agency of Habitat (ANAH) and is currently chairman of the Plan Bâtiment Durable. He is also a founding Partner of a law firm, which has developed the activity related to the real estate sector and residential, and that he will leave this summer, it was specified.
As a reminder, Domaxis was born from the merger of two ESH are well established in the Ile-de-France : Pax-Bar-Pallas and the Three Valleys (a subsidiary of Action-Housing). With a heritage of 27,000 housing, the general interest mission of Domaxis is to house families eligible for social housing, says a press release.
In addition, Bruno Hoang has been appointed deputy Director general of Domaxis. Previously, he held the function of Secretary general of Domaxis of 2014 to today, and of Administrative and Financial Director from 2001 to 2014. Bruno Hoang and Philippe de Nijs, Director general of Domaxis since 1989, will work together to ensure the development of Domaxis and its five commitments :to build social housing in sustainable, offer a housing solution to all, and to cultivate new skills, be committed to its customers and to be a social landlord and trustee of solidarity.
