Major renovation : the thresholds for the acoustical embedded known

A decree published in the official Journal of 20 April, sets out the regulatory requirements for sound insulation, in the case of major renovation.
The law for the energy transition and the green growth has imposed, with effect from 1 July 2017, to embed the work of acoustic insulation in case of major renovation work in areas particularly exposed to noise (see the decree of June 14, 2016 relating to the work of acoustic insulation in case of major renovation). For the moment, the buildings concerned (housing, education, accommodation and care, hotel), the parts of the building and the parts of the buildings affected by these acoustic requirements were known. There were more than the thresholds. These costs are specified in an order published in the official Journal of 20 April 2017.
This text sets according to the types of building, depending on the area of exposure to outside noise and, depending on the type of renovation work, the minimum requirements in terms of acoustics.
