“Licence to experiment” in architecture : the decree put in public consultation

ACT CAP. A draft decree on the “licence to experiment” (or “permit”) has been placed in public consultation until may 10, 2017. It will be taken in the application of article 88 of the law on the freedom of the creation, architecture and heritage.
A decree relative to the “allowed to do”, or “licence to experiment”, has been put into public consultation from 19 April to 10 may 2017. This provision is provided by article 88 of the act CAP passed in July 2016. This passage did provide for the State, territorial communities, organizations, HLM, Sem, and the SPL can, “for the realization of public amenities and social housing, to derogate from certain rules in force in the field of construction” in an experimental aim.


The text, inter alia, to clarify the rules of construction, which may be the subject of an experiment, as well as the outcomes to be achieved by replacing it.
