In PACA, the FRB and the Urssaf partners to support the building sector

The Regional Federation of the Building Paca (FRB Paca) and the Urssaf Paca signed, this Friday, 23 June 2017, a convention of partnership in order to achieve the aim of optimizing the accompaniment of the companies in the building.
Because the guidance and information of companies as well as the knowledge of the activity are tasks shared between the Urssaf Paca and the FRB Paca, these have signed for this Friday 23 June 2017, a convention of partnership in order to achieve the aim of optimizing this support.


The agencies “agree on the interest to further improve the common knowledge of the region and its population as well as strengthen the quality of the service rendered to the companies of this sector“. In a joint statement, the partners explain that the convention “covers two areas, the support of the users and the exchange of statistical data between partners, “and that it “is organized around five axes“.


These axes are the following : supporting businesses, members of departmental federations, with a policy council and prevention as well as resolution of difficulties ; the improvement of the knowledge and application of the social legislation in the context of control in order to decrease the apprehension ; the fight against unfair competition and illegal work with the organization of information meetings and awareness among members ; the encouragement of the use of approaches dematerialised and finally the exchange of statistical data for an in-depth analysis of the territory. Its mission of collector of social security contributions gives the Urssaf an essential role in the socio-economic observation.


For Serge Ramonda, president of the Regional Federation of the Building Paca, “it isalso through this type of partnership that we can increase the common knowledge of our territories and their populations as well as continue to carry out our missions of supporting our businesses“. Finally, it states that “this framework agreement is intended to be adapted at local level according to specific needs of the departmental federations“.
