A study of the Acoss gives many details about the reality of the activity of the microntreprises in the last quarter of 2016.
While the number of micro-enterprises active economically has grown significantly in several sectors in 2016 (+50.5 per cent in the transport, +10.1% in the accommodation, restaurant, catering, +14.7% in the real estate business…), it grew only 2.7% in the CONSTRUCTION industry, suggests a note of the Acoss.
The place of micro-enterprises in the sector is not innocuous, far from it. Thus, in the fourth quarter of 2016, they said in the building 438 million euros of turnover. A performance increase compared to the same period in 2015. At the end of 2016, the Acoss were 87.700 professional economically active in the construction sector, on 140.700 accounts administratively assets. 53.000 microentrepreneur do not declare, therefore, no turnover, this leads some to say that the regime for micro-businesses is a “factory to manufacture the work in the black”.
More than one million micro-entrepreneurs in France
Consistently in the fourth quarter of 2016, the contractors concerned have reported an average revenue of 4.803 euros for finishing works and 5.170 € for the other professions of the building. These amounts have increased by approximately 4.5%-5% compared to the same quarter of the previous year.
For all sectors, France has 1,072 million micro-entrepreneurs (+7% year on year), of which 670.000 economically active.
