In 2016, the French are rather satisfied with their individual home

The overwhelming majority of the French who built their house in 2016, are satisfied with the transaction, either in terms of quality of buildings, to delivery of the builder or of price/quality ratio.
A success ! According to the barometer “Construction individual house, 2017” of the certifier Céquami, almost all of the individuals who build a house last year (1) are satisfied with the ins and outs of the operation. Indeed, it is clear from this investigation that 92% of them are satisfied with the overall quality of their home 85% of the delivery period, 84% of its price/quality ratio and 83% of the overall performance of their manufacturer. The study also highlights the criteria for the purchase of a house. Arrive first its price (22%), the geographic proximity of the company in relation to the place of construction desired (22%) and the quality of the house (21%). Other education : the reputation of the builder seems to be a selection criterion less important in 2016 than in 2015. “It is no longer cited by 12% of respondents, a decline of four points”, one can read in the press release Céquami.


In 2016, the average price of a home is certified NF habitat by Céquami was 137.400 eur TTC, off the field.
