Flint 1, with a façade in corian, illuminates Lyon Part-Dieu

INAUGURATION. Foncière des Regions has inaugurated, on the 11th may 2017 in Lyon Part-Dieu, the office building Flint 1, in the framework of an operation demolition and reconstruction driven by the agency AIA Architects. Its facade is entirely covered in corian.
A little more than 10,000 m2 were inaugurated, on the 11th may 2017 in Lyon Part-Dieu, by the Property of the Regions, the owner of the work, the building of Flint 1 constructed according to the plans of the agency AIA Architects. “This building of eight levels – the ground floor will host various activities including the first located nextdoor Cafe , will soon be joined by another set, Flint 2, and its 30.900 m2 of tertiary education graduates”, reported to us, Claire Bertrand , partner architect at AIA Architects.


The lobby’s sleek white double height and a hanging garden


Menu architectural : a hall of refined white double height, a hanging garden and a series of patios. “As to the office floors are flexible and bright with a floor space of 1,200 m2 with a separability possible in 2 batches”, stresses the architect of lyon. The building offers office floor plates of flexible and light, and a plant unique to the Part-Dieu consisting of two patios and landscaped 100 m2 and a garden of 610 m2 accessible to the occupants.
