The 4th edition of the contest is launched. As every year, the Duo@Work prize “excellence shared between architect and industry”. Candidates have until 30 July 2017 to participate.
The Unsfa Ile-de-France, in partnership with the salon Architec@Work Paris, has just launched the edition 2017 of its contest Duo@Work, which aims to reward projects that combine, in close complementarity, research in architecture and industrial design innovative. “The project must be the result of a course following consultation between an architect and an industrial in the field of reflection, of invention, of creation, of the adaptation of a product or set of products, “says the organization.
“This award is an opportunity to evaluate, to appreciate, the relationship between a duo of key players in the building act and highlight a partnership that is always mentioned, never rewarded, in which the real is considered as a vast field of freedom“, writes Dominique Marrec, agence ECDM, the winner in 2016 with Lafarge Holcim for the campus EDF in Saclay.
The architects and manufacturers who wish to participate in the prize Duo@Work can apply until July 30, 2017. The conditions of participation and the application package can be downloaded via the following link.

The jury of the awards, including the duo of president this year is composed of Alain Moatti, Architect +, and Jean-Christophe Laurent deputy Director-general, residential real Estate at Vinci Immobilier, is made up of builders, architects, industrialists and journalists, including a member of the editorial board of Batiactu.
The results will be known during the awards ceremony which will take place at the exhibition Architect@Work September 21, 2017.
