The tandem formed by the Atelier FCJZ based in Beijing and Coldefy & Associates Architects urban Planners has won the project of the foundation in the future of China within the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris. The menu of this house traditional collective hailing from the province of Fujian : 300 rooms, two indoor gardens and a terrace.
In the vast campus in paris the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris (CIUP), which stretches along the boulevard Jourdan, Porte d’orléans in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, the foundation in the future of China will be designed by the tandem formed by the Atelier FCJZ based in Beijing and Coldefy & Associates Architects urban Planners.

Four teams of finalists sino-French
Among the total of the four finalist teams, the sino-French withholding at a first meeting of a jury in march last -BIAD/AREP ;Chen Haoru/Hubert and Roy ; Atelier Deshaus/Jacques Ferrier and finally the Atelier FCJZ/LLC Coldefy & Associés, this is the last team that will take charge of the design of the building, said the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris in a press release, dated 7 July. This is the SCET, (Services, Advice, Expertise, and Territories), a engineering company in projects of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CC) who will ensure the assistance to mastery of work.

Recall that the jury meeting in Beijing on June 20, 2017 was chaired by dr. Ning Wang, vice-mayor of Beijing, and set up for the chinese part of the ambassador of China in France and two representatives of the consortium “Beijing Capital Group”, and for the French part of the representatives of the City of Paris, the Chancellery of Universities of Paris and the Fondation Cité internationale universitaire de Paris.
